Earlier this year (May 2025), we heard from many colleagues across the Region about what makes professional learning (PL) meaningful, engaging, and useful. From these conversations, several important themes emerged, including the value of in-person learning, hands-on experiences, networking with peers, and having choice and flexibility in what you learn.
