  3. Review and consider carpooling. We are expecting a large number of people in attendance. There will be police services at arrival and departure times to support traffic flow. Parking aids will direct vehicles in locating a parking space. Shuttle services will be available for those parking in the Waterworks parking lot, escorting participants to the conference centre. Despite these measures, where possible, we invite participants to carpool.
  4. Review and consider your health and safety as it continues to be an important focus during this in-person professional learning event. Please note this will be a mask-friendly event for those who prefer to wear masks in public settings. As an additional precaution, lunches will be individually wrapped.
