Join us for our fifth Professional Learning Day, hosted at Bingemans Conference Centre, where early years professionals across licensed childcare and EarlyON programs in the Waterloo Region come together to connect, grow, and be inspired.
This empowering day is thoughtfully designed to support early years professionals to reconnect with their authentic selves through collaborative learning experiences rooted in shared values, heartfelt passions, and a strong sense of purpose. Through meaningful dialogue and exploration, participants will deepen pedagogical practice, expand their understanding of equity and well-being, and strengthen their professional identity—nurturing a commitment to lifelong learning across the early years sector.
Consistent with last years’ approach, this year’s format supports both individual and team learning opportunities. In the morning, participants will choose personalized learning sessions. In the afternoon, programs will engage in team-based professional learning—either onsite at Bingemans or within their own program location.
The day includes a welcoming address, engaging workshops, a catered lunch, networking opportunities, swag, door prizes, vendors, and more. Please review carefully when selecting your preferred learning experiences.
